To return your product, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
  2. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Include a copy of your order confirmation email or receipt in the package.
  4. Label the package with the return address provided below.

Klarna Purchases – Special Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies only to items purchased using Klarna as a payment method. All other payment methods are subject to our standard return policy.

Right to Return

Customers who purchase with Klarna have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • For sanitary and hygiene reasons, worn or used footwear cannot be returned
  • Proof of purchase is required

Free Returns (Subject to Terms)

Eligible Klarna returns qualify for free return postage, subject to approval and compliance with the return conditions outlined above.

Refund Processing

  • Klarna purchases are not eligible for store credit or exchanges
  • No restocking fees apply to Klarna returns

"Our policy lasts 30 days."

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition received.

Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the order Invoice, the original shoe box, dust bag, heel taps, and adhesive sole tags.

In certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed non-returnable

All personalized products are final sale. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for your Shasha Lee product that has been personalized.

"RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):"

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

"We do not accept exchanges."

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking the contact us "Link Queen@shashaleeny.com, which is also found at the top of this page. We make sure to answer all emails within a 24-hour timeframe.


"SHIPPING:"

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please note we cannot facilitate a direct exchange on a PayPal transaction. An exchanged order can only be returned for a refund.
