PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand, processing may take the full timeframe. You will be notified once your order has been prepared.


DELIVERY

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.


PACKAGING

Each order is presented with care. Your shoes are packaged in signature materials, including a structured box and protective dust bag, ensuring they arrive in beautiful condition.


TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. You may follow your delivery at any time.

  • Orders ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)

  • Signature may be required upon delivery

  • We currently ship within the United States

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or Puerto Rico
